Well why don't you ask Dana Quigley? All this putter did was resurrect his career. He went from a journeyman player on the PGA Tour to "Player of the Year" on The Champions Tour. That's no mean feat either. He will also be the first to tell you that it was this putter that did it for him. Like many great golfers, Quigley hacked out a decent living on the PGA Tour, and though not a big name on the circuit, he did more than just meet expenses. Eventually he turned the big 5-0 and joined up on The Champions Tour. This time a more succesful career, as hee had gone from journeyman to top contender. His ability to really get the up and downs needed just a little more spark for things to hit on all cylinders. Then it happened. He ran across the Guerin Rife 2 Bar Blade Putter. From there his career really took off. He was the top money winner for the year. Of the 27 events he played that year he won 2 was runner up in 5, made top 10 in 15, and finished in the top 25 22 times. Those are genuinely impressive numbers by anyone's estimation. On many interviews he credited the newly discovered 2 Bar Putter time and again, and claimed it to be the easiest putter he had ever used. He had courted the company long before they ever named a model after him (2 Bar Blade "Dana" Model). It was a tour proven winner, and a lot of the Champions tour players sport a 2 Bar whether shooting a blade or mallet. This putter is exceptionally well balanced. I rarely find a blade that feels good to my pendulum stroke. Usually I find myself fighting it as most blades are far better suited for an arc putting stroke vs. the pendulum. This Wonder Stick can do either one. I found that the exceptional feel and balance had me knocking down 30+ feet putts as well as 3 foot knee knockers. I don't know of any other putter that is this customizable, as well as this accurate. Alignment is an absolute snap, and the 2 weight bars actually match up as part of the alignment system. I'm not often a fan of blades, and I'm even more rarely a fan of putters in this price range. This is one of the few times that such a price is absolutely justifiable. You get technology, balance, feel and accuracy, as well as customization that isn't even found on some putters costing twice this much.
