If you are not shipped the correct item/ it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled/ marked/ or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
