We strive to ship all orders received during the week within 24 hours. Our preferred courier is UPS for all domestic and international shipping. Insurance and tracking information are included in the shipping fee for all shipments. Brokerage fees are also included in the shipping cost for international shipments. Shipping destinations are worldwide except for Indonesia. Combined shipping rates are available (see shipping chart) and we encourage you to take advantage of the combined shipping to minimize the shipping fees. We have decided to switch to UPS Express for our international shipping effective August of 2008. We believe that though the shipping fee is a bit more, the service and reliability of UPS Express for our international customers will surpass the increase in cost. For our international shipments, we ship only via UPS express (1 3 day guarantee anywhere in the world) with full tracking from the point it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door. WE CAN NOT DECLARE THE PACKAGE AS A GIFT. We have not raised our shipping prices for over 3 years however, with the increase in fuel charges incurred by the couriers, we have decided to pass on only a small portion to our customers.
